No help for my allergic reaction to their eye cream.
I am wholly disappointed with Proven skin cream return policy. I was excited to try their new eye cream, but after using it for 3 days, my eyes swelled and I got raw patches under my brow bone. I stopped using it and contacted them - which was only possible through email - and they said they wanted me to try a slow approach to the cream, siting a 2 week schedule to get myself used to it. When I replied that I felt uncomfortable to do that, as I am obviously allergic to it, they informed me that "because the product was made specifically for me" they cannot offer a refund, unless I could provide photos. By the time this email arrived, it had been many days since I stopped using it and the swelling and patches were almost gone, so no photo op. They will not refund my money for the cream and so I have cancelled my subscription. I am surprised that this is their customer service policy. My feeling is that especially if a product is made specifically for me, if that product causes obvious discomfort, it should be accepted for refund simply, and perhaps with a kind apology as well. They've lost me as a customer and my respect for them as a company.
