Faulty tattoo pen
Everything that came was in tact aside from my tattoo pen, after chatting to customer service they eventually agreed to send a new tattoo pen which is currently yet to arrive since the customer service team said they'd be sending it out (04/06/21). Very helpful, no expenses on the replacement tattoo pen, overall improvements prior to shipping out is necessary.
