Misleading about custims duty
I bought a watch online, to be delivered to Belgium. The website doesn't give the exact customs duty, but promises that the maximum will be the VAT in the country of destination. This was not true. I received a bill from DHL 10 days after delivery for roughly twice this amount. DHL recognize the fault is with the seller, but insist I pay it. I sent an email to the Creation Watches to explain, which has not been answered. They are presently unavailable by telephone. I feel Creation Watches are at fault for a) misinforming customers b) preventing DHL from allowing custimers to refuse the delivery if they find the duties too high. I'm still waiting for a reply to my email.
