Customer service non existent
Customer service is non existent when trying to email their dispute team. Had one initial response but when I asked further questions they have ignored every single one of the SEVEN emails I sent. Terrible. Update 29.5.24 - amazing how Made In China got in touch within a few hours of my review asking for further info but couldn’t manage to respond to my seven emails. I’ll wait and see if they answer my questions this time. Update 18.10.24 - initially responded to emails but then washed their hands of the issue and stopped answering my questions. Do not use this site.
