Placed an order on 3/1/2021. At the time, there was a rather long, understandable lead time. By 3/30/2021, I requested to cancel the order to which I got this reply: Customer Service customerservice-uniquefit1.com Tue 3/30/2021 11:46 AM Hello Stephen, We will contact "the vendor" to confirm that your order has not yet shipped and we will proceed to cancel your order, thank you. Followed by this last update: Dear Stephen , Thank you for your order from Unique Fitness Concepts! We're writing to let you know that your order (ordernumber) was shipped via UPS, on 4/5/2021. You can track your package at any time using the link below. Again: 1. Placed order on 3/1/2021 (and my debit card was immediately billed for the full amount - without shipment) 2. Requested cancel on 3/30/2021 3. Notified of "ship" on 4/5/2021
