Currently the feds have a complaint against them for illegally collected fees before ever starting payment to debts. Case 1:24-CV-00040-EAW-MJR in the USDC for Western District of New York filed by the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, etal. Urge your state attorney generals to join your state in this complaint. They ruined my credit and took so many illegal fees that should all be returned!!
