Coolmuster iOSAssistant for Windows app
I purchased the iOSAssistant for Windows app but was unable to import my bookmarks from Microsoft Edge to an iPad Mini running iOS 9.3.5 Annie responded to my enquiry and provided a clear explanation that the app was not designed to undertake the function of converting html files to xml and then importing them to an iPad. As I purchased the app for this sole purpose, Annie agreed to start the refund process. Within a couple of days the refund appeared in my credit card account. The whole experience was quite painless and Annie was very helpful.
