I ordered from Litfad sometime ago, their shipping information was always very clear and I was always kept up to date with the delivery schedule. Unfortunately I had an issue with the delivery company (DPD) I contacted Litfad and their customer service team was very good and responded promptly, they were able to deal with my issue and provide a solution.
