Something's not quite right....
First off, I want to note that many of the 5 star reviews state "they were so great about helping me with my issue!" ...there simply shouldn't BE an issue every time you order body jewelry. While their customer service team is good, they're also just as good as covering their asses when they don't deliver. Jewelry is amazon.com quality metal sourced from China, the silver is not silver, the gold is not gold. The septum jewelry is plated and if you have a sensitivity like I do, it will literally corrode inside of your nose. The sizing is what really blows my mind, though. Body jewelry is always sized to an exact standard. Not only can I not find my gauge size anywhere on this website, but the store recommends you UPSIZE or DOWNSIZE, which is a very expensive, nonreturnable guessing game. If you choose to stretch or make holes in your body, you should choose high quality materials to put in them. It's not obscene to spend $500 on a BVLA clicker. It will keep you safe and last forever. Ask & Embla targets the easily impressioned Instagram community that don't know enough about body mods.
