Missing Filter from Order
Ordered an Osmo Pocket 4 (Creator combo). The ND filter pack that is included in this bundle had TWO ND16 filters. It should contain 1 x ND16, 1 x ND64, and 1 x ND256. I did NOT notice this straight away, and then as it was after 30 days, DJI would not help straight away. After several difficult emails, they agreed to credit me £49 to order another pack of filters. They could not just send me the missing filter!
