Professional distributor, accuracy of online product pricing/specs could be better
huntingdoor is a professional archery goods distributor; however, their product descriptions and pricing are not always accurate. I've ordered from them on two separate occasions. The first time I ordered a one-piece longbow that was listed at $50 shipped to my door, which was a deal I couldn't pass up. As it turns out, the price should've actually been $100. Huntingdoor was happy to refund me my $50 and subsequently changed the online price in the listing. On the second occasion, I purchased some arrowheads that were listed as 7mm ID, for 7mm arrow shafts. Though when I received the arrowheads, they were actually 8mm ID, and thus unable to fit the arrow shafts I was planning to use. This time huntingdoor was happy to give me a store credit for the amount I had paid for the arrowheads, and they subsequently changed their product description for these arrowheads. Perhaps it would be of benefit if they could spend a little more time verifying prices and specifications on the products they carry, as the end customer relies heavily on this information when deciding what to purchase.
