Serious health issue
I received 6 meals and 3 of the containers were cracked and split. After I heated the meals in the oven, I noticed that there were pieces of black plastic in the actual meal. One of the pieces in particular was fairly large and would certainly have presented a serious problem had I consumed it. What is going on with the quality of the containers?
