I called about a heloc.I was talking to Ashytn. She said computer was taking a long time. She said she would call back.Ashtyn never did. After further investigation,my home didn't meet requirements.Vince told me this. These places show me commissions override excellent customer service.Shame on you Ashtyn. After writing this review, loan depot replied. No boby knew Ashton Lonetti, the loan officer. This place is full of blatant liars. Also they made excuses.I would stay miles away from this place
