Not the best customer service
Modified Review: I have a terrible experience with an order. Customer service did NOT help until I posted the review on TrustPilot. Huh, If I had known I would have done it sooner. After ignoring me and trying to shift the blame on me for the lost package, they immediately began to help. The agent was a little too pushy for me to delete my review, so I said I would only after they had refunded my money. It finally happened. I still don't think I should delete my review, I rather share this with other people thinking about using this company.
