Flink used to be great back in the day, but since 2023, it's become a disaster. If I could give it 0 stars, I definitely would! Delivery times are long, vouchers can't be used, and the customer service hasn't provided any solutions. Today, I waited for a delivery for 2 hours, and apart from apologies and being told they're waiting for someone to pick up the groceries for delivery, no real solution has been provided. Today, I placed an order at 8:24 pm, which was supposed to be ready for pickup at 8:31 pm. The first person from customer service left without resolving the issue. The second person repeatedly asked if I had received the order, but since I was speaking with them, the answer was no. As of 11:22 pm, the delivery still hadn't arrived. I requested a cancellation, ultimately losing three hours. Don’t waste your time, money and patience, there are other great services out there.
