It would cost $67.00 to ship the item back to China for a refund. Unacceptable!
I purchased an item and the size received was not as described on the website. Additionally, I believe the item was a "knock-off" of a brand name as it didn't have the sewn in tag other items from the brand have. Clory's was willing to issue me a full refund IF I PAID TO HAVE THE ITEM SHIPPED TO BACK CHINA FOR APPROX. 67.00!!! This is completely unacceptable-- they need to advise the consumer that shipping for returns/exchanges will be paid by the customer which is costly from US to China. I disputed the charge via PayPal, but because Clory's said they would issue a full refund (they left out the part about me having to pay 67.00 to ship the item back), PayPal considered the dispute to be successfully resolved. Avoid Clory's unless you are OK with knock-off merchandise and don't need to make a return or exchange.
