Unparalleled customer service
In my experience, you really can’t get better customer service than Onecompress. I’ve worked with them a couple of times to try different sizing of different products, and they have always been prompt and easy to work with. This last time I worked with Justine and just like always, it was smooth and trouble free to exchange my item. They didn’t even require that I send back the one that didn’t work for me, so I am sending it to my sister who can definitely use it.
