This is a wonderful service. I think the food is highest quality and delicous. Everything is prepared and portioned and very easy to heat and eat. Packaging gives attention to recyclability. I ordered the 2000 calorie level and the amount of food is just right for my active lifestyle. Suggestions: I think it would be helpful to include a letter with the box of food to describe the contents and suggestions for how to use added things in the box like the delicious sprouted greens. The meals are tasty as they are, but I like to add nutrients to my diet through herbs and spices and would appreciate suggestions from the Chef on specific ones I could add to specific meals.
