Poor Customer service.
Purchased a Belsee head unit... the unit is good but took forever to arrive and they didn't ship until I contacted them for a tracking number after a few weeks. Then they wanted another $50 USD because of Covid. The unit definitely wasn't plug and play but once paying to have it installed it works good. I just ordered Dashcam... Again after 3 weeks I asked for a tracking number... They shipped it that day. If you want your unit in any sort of reasonable time contact them immediately. They don't even start to process your order until you complain.
