Ecocampor - don’t waste your money…
Don’t bother ordering from this company, they back out of any kind of support after a few months. We ordered 4 off-road caravans and initially the company supported us well with replacement parts for those that were faulty, but now the sales agent is just unresponsive. 3 months we have been waiting for parts that were either missing or were simply not strong enough. There appears to be no interest in communicating despite a colleagues continuing nudge from another dept from within the company group.
