Simply the worst. My eSIMs didn't work at all during my trip to the USA/India, and I ended up having to buy another one. The eSIM showed a 5G connection, but nothing would load because there was no actual internet access. Forgot to write a review earlier, so I am writing it now
Don’t buy – it’s a scam. I purchased two Jetpac eSIMs: one for India and one for the USA. Neither of them worked. Although the phone always showed a 5G signal, there was no internet connection at all, making the eSIMs completely unusable. Customer support was responsive and helped me install the eSIM in the USA, but the issue remained — no internet despite full signal. In the end, I had to buy another eSIM from Airalo, which worked immediately. I strongly recommend using Airalo or any other provider instead.
