I wish to formally request the return of the Plug in and Play HD Star Projector, The item I received does not match the product that was advertised and is materially different from what I believed I was purchasing. I am therefore requesting to return the item for a full refund. Please provide clear instructions for returning the product, including confirmation of whether you will provide a prepaid return label, as I do not believe I should be responsible for return costs when the item is not as advertised. I expect confirmation of the return arrangements and full refund process without unnecessary delay. If this matter is not resolved appropriately, I will escalate my complaint through the relevant consumer-protection and dispute-resolution channels.
