Very disappointed with the service…
Very disappointed with the service provided by UOB. My wife went to the bank to sell off some unit trusts on the 8 April 2021 1300 hrs and left the bank at 1445 hrs. After failing to receive the cheque, my wife called the bank on the 19 April 2021 and was told that the cheque would be released and mailed to her on the 20 April 2021. In addition, she was told that the selling rate would be based on 9 April 2021. We were very surprise on why the rate was not based on 8 April 2021 since we sold off the unit trust at 1445 hrs. And what if we did not called the bank with regards to our cheque. Indeed very productive and efficient.....
