It's a big scam
Edit : i obtained a refund after being contacted by the customer service department. I'm keeping a moderate rating because it was time consuming and frustrating. They sold me an ‘SD recovery’ licence (around €100 with tax)? I scan my card to recover photos, and when it comes to recovering them, they ask me for a new premium subscription at €70 (after tax). I can't get anything back at all after taking out the 1st subscription, which does mention a possible ‘SD recover’. It's a real scam, and a disgrace. Obviously there's no way of contacting support apart from an AI chatbot that doesn't understand a thing. So I can't even get my money back... Edit : Following Wondershare's reply, here's mine: If your famous customer service department existed, I wouldn't have written this review. The only accessible point of contact on your website is your chatbot, the other points of contact are forms for resellers, affiliate partners, the media or for commercial enquiries as a business. Stop making fun of people, it's all well and truly worked out...
