Deserves MINUS 5 stars!
The only reason I give 1 star is because there is no choice to give negative stars. I ordered from this company understanding that they have a money-back guarantee. I ordered a dark blond clip-on hair piece. In the picture they had, it looked like my perfect color. What I got was a piece of crap hairpiece that was very light blond mixed with streaks of dark brown. It looked like something a person would wear for Halloween. I contacted them and sent a picture, and they said that was what I ordered, and since there were no “quality issues,” they could not take it back. I think the fact that the thing looked like a skunk’s tail is a huge quality issue. They offered me $2 since I was not happy. I told them to keep their lousy $2. I will NEVER order from this scam of a company again.
