This company is terrible
This company is terrible. I inquired about a garage door seal, they told me to send a profile picture of what I had, so I did. They then send me a part number and stated this is what I needed. It didn't look correct so I asked them why it looked different and described what I saw was different. They told me the seal has been changed to a new type. I ordered enough of the seal for me and my neighbor ($62), when it came in it didn't fit. I emailed them and they said it was my fault for not "studying and confirming" that it was correct. I have since called and left VM's with no return calls and emailed with no response. I wish I would have read their reviews. This is a small mom & pop company, it's all family member employees so no supervisor to go to. BEWARE of this company!
