I presented a problem to Garima Singh concerning a referral from a friend to join Alpha Picks that created a new account with a @gmail.com email in addition to my current @msn.com account. This included Premium, Alpha Picks, and overlapping billing cycles between Apple and my new direct account with Seeking Alpha. Garima worked through several options to fix the problems with professional care that reflected well on her, and your company.
