Great experience.
Great experience. The driver , Roy, was friendly and courteous. Dropped off at right terminal. When we returned to mci , Roy called me! He asked if we were ready to be picked up, we were waiting on the luggage to show up. He was there about the same time that we left with our luggage. Highly recommend. can't think of anything to make it any better.
