Please don't purchase a ticket from this site, work directly with an airline, I have been unable to see my parents for over 3 years, as a single mother I have to work and save, finally I got the money to travel, my parents will meet my son, I book the return tickets from Colombia at 3:17 pm, when at 3:29 I didn't receive an email confirmation I called the number 1 888 551 5313, to ask for the email confirmation, the agent told me that the airline did not accept my payment and I have to pay 85 USD additional per passenger to issue those tickets, but I asked why they have those prices then, the agent ask me to cancel and start the refund or pay the difference, I said to cancel the tickets then. The agent assure me that I will have the refund in the next 10 days. Now my money has been taken out of my account. The next day of the purchase the same guy called me back stated that the airline accepted the price of the tickets, I told him that I already got new tickets because what we talk is that he will cancel, and refund. THIS IS SCAM. DONT BUY TICKETS FROM HERE PLEASE.
