We would NEVER use this location again. First & last time for us. The only part that was decent was the service when we first arrived and the gentleman at the desk in the hotel. TO AIRPORT: Waited to get picked up. Not on time as promised. Was ready for a cab instead!! FROM AIRPORT: Waited at the airport for 50 minutes. When we called, we were told 15-20 minutes. Guy who showed up was full after our 15 minute wait. Then at 50 minutes he comes around and has three seats left. We end up with a super full van PLUS 4 more people standing in the isle! I guess Covid must get over since flight attendants get picked up in groups of 2-3 but we get picked up with no room to breathe! Someone almost fell on me, there are no rails to hold. . .unsafe AND ummm, hello - COVID??!!! Then we make it back to our car - it’s dirty and crammed between two cars in a line blocking others that can’t get out. What kind of nonsense is this place?!? Terrible terrible terrible experience for our first time using a place to park our car in Boston.
