Very unhappy with customer service but…
Very unhappy with customer service but totally love the product. I asked for a replacement for the day cream as the pump was broken and I had to open the jar And use a stick to get the cream out. I was told that I ruined the product and used way too much. Haha. There was only 1 inch of cream in a 8 inch pump jar! And they want me to pay another $55 to replace. Too bad. Really lovely product. They need to work on service!!
