10/10 would not recommend
I tried to leave this review on their website, but it keeps getting denied, probably because they only want the 4 and 5 star reviews to bring in business. That being said, don’t waste your money. It is not spill proof and does not protect against stains or spills. It’s so thin I can see my hand on the other side. That being said, I ordered 4 of the same colored (grey) covers for my sectional, all of which came in different shades of grey - dark grey, light grey, and every color in between. None of them matched. And it was very very difficult to put on our couch. They all had pre-made seams that required it to fit a certain way on a certain couch, and for a sectional, that’s not ideal. It’s not a one-size-fits-all cover. I reached out to customer service and they responded quite quickly, but after asking for a refund, they never responded. After a month, I reached out again and still did not hear anything. Poor customer service, trash product, and I do not recommend purchasing form them.
