I bought the blackview bv6300 pro. I had it for 40 days. It fell off my bed and it will not turn on. I bought it from Amazon I called Amazon the only thing they did give me the contact information email form for blackview. This is my business phone. I just read the refund policy return policy you want me to send it back to them so they can assess the situation. I don't think I'm going to send my phone anywhere cuz all my file information on it. Especially Hong Kong my phone is supposed to be completely shockproof dustproof waterproof. I work in construction I'm hard on phones. Do not buy from blackview. It's all a scam
