Bad product and service
When I got the hair it was stringy and not like the quality they usually give. I sent a message to inform them of this so I could exchange the product. I was told they would give me a big discount on my next order. I purchased this hair for an event so that isn't helpful. Then they told me returning it would take too long. It ended with them giving me a $15 refund. I will not be purchasing from them again. This is sad 😥 because I have referred so many people to them.
