Scammers -AVOID!!!
Company agreed to cancel my order as the dress would not be here in time for event and then promised they’d process a refund immediately (thankfully I’ve paid through PayPal so now having to go through a dispute). So currently sitting with a cancelled order, £73 missing from my account and no refund. Customer service have continued to ignore me and my daily messages via PayPal and ticket logging via their app. I’d avoid these scammers, I’m unsure if the dress was ever intended to be posted now - AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! Update - still no refund 2 weeks later after promised refund, I have now opened a PayPal case. The customer service is shocking!
