Kent Faith have no customer service
Kent Faith have no customer service, they email with promises of help, however here I am two months later having been contacted by various KentFaith employees promising to sort out the fact that the tripod I bought does not fit my husbands camera. I could send it back but the cost of shipping negates the cost. I say again awful customer service , don’t use this company!
