Explore trip is big scam
Explore trip is big scam. If we cancel a ticket to hold refund we need to pay reassurance charges and again to reschedule a flight again they charge so much money. It’s a big scam. Even though there is a travel ban they say flight is not cancelled that is our rule. Never book with this agency.
