Dave answered all my questions and my doubts. He is a great listener and very patient. My mind is at ease now after being stuck for weeks trying to do myself only by emailing through RMs. Video calls are much better for such technical communications than emails or telegram where lots of misinterpretation happens, and when your queries are not addressed, causes frustrations. Thanks Dave for the coaching session. Really takes my worries away.
