Chemical Burns
I hate to give bad reviews, but I need to share this in case it helps someone. I got chemical burns from the night cream. My face was red and swollen for weeks. It hurt and it was really embarrassing to tell others this happened because of expensive skincare. The customer service rep didn’t let me return the creams and refused to give me my money back. According to them, my skin is just too sensitive and I need to get my face warmed up to their products since I’m new to skincare. As if I’d risk burning my skin off again to entertain that theory. They have zero liability. At least now my friends and family know not to trust Proven, there are safer and cheaper options out there.
