They refuse to send what I paid for (they have taken the money)
They sent me a package (a cromecast) but inside the cromecast box there was only a different cable (no cromecast), it was clear that the cromecast box had been opened. In spite of countless mails to them (with pictures), they refuse to send me the cromecast that I paid for. I have offered to return the wrong package, but they will not send me what I have paid for :-( Never shop there!
