I booked round trip ticket on redbus. I received an email for confirmation with : Congratulations! This bus ticket can be rescheduled.... Then i have to advanced of one day the first trip ... And then ... Impossible to rescheduled because i have a round trip ..also they are lying on the automatic email...... Or they didn't check .'. Then if you try to talk to assistance ... The red chatbot... impossible to get answer ... If i don't take the first trip do they cancel the full round trip ticket ? Where are human being ....
