They are running a SCAM,
I have booked a refundable ticket but During Covid Happyeasygo Has cancelled my ticket without informing me and refused to return the amount. If you are 100% certain that you wont cancel your ticket then only try there services other wise consider that you have dropped your money in a well. They are running a SCAM.
