I ordered a wig from them and I was very excited. Well FedEx messed up and delivered the package 3 days before they told me and before we discussed and the package was stolen. I’ve begged Tinashe to do a claim but for some reason they refuse. I guess they think I’m lying or something but whatever the reason they won’t submit a claim. Soo FedEx says there’s nothing they can do for me if the shipper doesn’t submit a claim. I really can’t understand why they won’t. Soo I have no wig and no refund. Very poor customer service.
