True Facet are a SCAM
Title: Still waiting on a $2,854 refund – very disappointing experience I paid $2,854 via wire transfer for a bracelet through TrueFacet. After the payment was confirmed, I was later informed that the seller never delivered the item, so the transaction could not be completed. TrueFacet acknowledged that I am owed a full refund. However, despite multiple follow-ups over several months, I have still not received any payment. I was repeatedly told that a refund check would be sent, but nothing has arrived, and my recent emails have gone unanswered. At this point, they are holding my funds without delivering the product or issuing the promised refund. Very disappointing experience. I would strongly advise others to be cautious, especially when paying by wire transfer. They are a scam, I reported them to BBB and also getting a lawyer now.
