I had a great experience with BeLite. Joann is wonderful. Everything was explained in detail, all questions answered and they were very organized. I even asked to speak directly to the doctor and he called me back in a timely manner with the reassurance I needed. Hospital was very clean. The consent forms were explained by a physician but I feel like the consents should have been written in English. I think they should have more staff that speaks English. Though we were able to get by using the translation App. Overall a good experience! I definitely recommend BeLite!
