My light took 3 months to arrive, but arrived intact
My light took 3 months to arrive. And after reading the reviews, I was resolved that I had been scammed. After spending weeks going back and forth with an automated customer service, and being told to “kindly wait” or “kindly be patient,” I received a 30% refund and my package eventually came intact and just like the picture. Thank God, considering so many didn’t get the item they’d thought they purchased. Perhaps the company read the reviews and have decided to get better. I must say however, I’m just using the light for show so I can not say if it works. I’m just glad it came intact.
