Greedy company that doesn't honor warranties
Lame greedy company that doesn't honor it's own OEM warranty. After a decade of several products purchased that failed in the first month, I finally filed a warranty claim and was promised a replacement. After several back and forth emails, no item was received after a month and upon emailing back demanding an update, only received copy/paste of the same email with bogus tracking info. As a brand loyalist of over a decade, they will never get a penny from me again.
