Customer service is clunky but efficient
I bought my 3rd blackview phone last year always been satisfied with their performance. 2 months ago my phone slipped off the motorcycle stand and dropped on the motorway at 50mph... Several car and truck drove over it before I was able to pick it up and I found the phone was still working but the glass on the camera was gone and the volume button was getting stuck. I then contacted the customer service to ask for an official repair service and they gave me 3 options because still covered by warranty. Send it to china and get it repaired for free, send it to a local warehouse for a 70% refund or have 50% discount on the purchase of the same phone. I went for the 2nd option and the refund was issued very promptly. The process of emailing with customer service has been a bit long and disjointed (due to being based in china) yet still efficient.
