customer service fail
Update: Oclean‘s response below is nonsense. I have contacted them repeatedly and they asked me to submit videos of the problem and photographs of parts which I did and then they stopped responding. I have yet to hear from them. I am two toothbrushes in and I’m very disappointed. The first one died after five months and the second one after seven months. Simply would not recharge. I took very good care of this toothbrush. This is no fault of mine and the company has failed to step up.
