Be careful renting from this company
I had reserved a property in Bend Oregon from Evolve. Payed the full amount for 4 days $791. Then I was asked to pay a pet fee. Called and gave them my debit card which I use daily and is backed up by my savings so I knew it would go through. My bank also notifies me when If I have a questionable withdrawal. When I got back from a trip I saw I had a message from them stating I still owed the $91 for the pet fee. They had given me 48hrs to pay for it which I had missed. I called immediately figuring I would have a grace period since I had been out of town, it was only $91 dollars and it obviously wasn’t my fault. And according to a representative it had been doubled book so not only did I loose my reservation but also they charged me over $400 for cancelling even though it was not me who cancelled. I can’t believe they get away with this but I see now that I’m not the first person they have done this too. Think twice before dealing with this company when renting.
